What we collect
Your name, email address, phone number, delivery and pickup addresses, any business name and the notes you send with a rental request.
Payment information
Card details are handled by our payment processor. We store only the processor's reference and the last four digits, never the full card number.
Why we hold it
To quote, schedule, deliver and collect your rental, to charge the agreed amounts, and to contact you about your order.
Who can see it
The operator assigned to your rental and the business owners. Operators see the customer and order details they need to serve you, and internal notes are separated from anything you can see.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct your details or to delete your account information where we are not required to keep it for financial records.
